| 摘 要： | 严峻的就业形势使相当一部分高校毕业生产生了种种心理问题,因此,充分认识择业指导的意义,深刻分析高校毕业生择业中的心理问题及对择业的影响,引导高校毕业生自觉地进行心理调适,培养良好的心理素质,增强承受挫折、化解冲突和矛盾的能力,以实现顺利合理择业,就显得十分必要。
