| Abstract: | Based on Chinese "Constitution"," General Principles of Civil Law"," Law on Agriculture "," Law on Land Administration"," Law on Rural Farmland Contract "," Law on Security" and the regulations of administration and districts,and the national policy and rules of the operating right of the contracted farmland in the relevant judicial interpretations,a further analysis and argumentation are made in the present legislation situation and defects in the system of the operating right of the contracted farmland in rural China. |
