论加强国有资产的监管

本文针对国有资产流失的现状,分析了与管理机制相关的原因,明确了国有资产监管是一项长期而艰巨的工作。国有资产监管既要加强财务监督、搞好产权界定、资产划转、股权管理、制度建设等基础工作;又要抓好国有资源优化配置,全面加强国有资产监管。

Comment on Enhancing the Superintendence in State-owned Assets

For recent years, the management system in state-owned enterprises changed constantly. The increasing storage of regional national assets has multiplied the task and its difficulty of the superintendence. Aimed at the current situation of national assets' losing, this paper analyses the causes relative to the management system, and definitely know that it's a hard and longtime work for the superintendence. To perfect it comprehensively, on one hand some basic work such as financial supervision and system construction are reqaired; while on the other, national resources should be utilized reasonably.
