竞技运动竞争的实质是竞技人才的角逐,竞技体育后备人才的培养是国家竞技体育实力的基础.但在社会主义市场经济体制下,对投入资金大、金牌数少的集体项目--排球后备人才的培养,我国目前的现状如何是大家所关注的.对国家体育总局排管中心首次在全国命名的15所青少年高水平排球后备人才培养训练基地的后备人才资源现状进行调查研究,旨在推动我国竞技排球的可持续发展.

Investigation and Research on the Current Situation of Athletes Resources at National Training Bases for High-level Teenager Volleyball Back-up Athletes

It is well accepted that the essence of competition in athletic sports lies in competitive athletes. The training of back-up athletes represents a nation's strength in athletic sports. In the context of the socialism market economy, the current situation of the training of bake-up athletes for such team sports as volleyball has attracted public attention since they need to be heavily invested while few gold medals are awarded. This paper probes into the current situation of athletes resources at 15 National Training Bases for High-level Teenager Volleyball Back-up Athletes, in order to promote the sustainable development in athletic volleyball in China.
