基于PLC的模糊PID船舶自动舵

摘    要:为提高船舶操舵控制系统的性能,用比例微分积分(Proportion Integration Differentiation,PID)参数模糊自整定算法,改进S7-200 PLC的PID参数自整定继电反馈算法的缺点,设计基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller, PLC)的模糊PID船舶自动舵.仿真结果表明,基于PLC的模糊PID船舶自动舵具有较好的快速性、鲁棒性和稳定性.

Abstract:To improve the performance of the steering control system of ships, by means of fuzzy self adjusting algorithm of Proportion Integration Differentiation (PID) parameters, a fuzzy PID automatic steering gear based on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is designed to overcome the shortcoming resulted from the algorithm of the relay feedback of PID parameters in S7200 PLC. The simulation result shows that the fuzzy PID automatic steering gear based on PLC parameters self adjusting has good promptness, robustness and stability.
