高端技能型人才培养模式及方案的研究——以辽宁城市建设职业技术学院建筑施工专业为例

高职院校专业人才培养方案是教学纲领性文件，是人才培养模式体现。对于高职建筑工程技术专业人才培养方案的制定，首先通过企业调研确定建筑施工岗位群和核心技能点，并将它们转化为教学知识内容；然后采用合理的教学方法教授给学生；最后再利用课程设置和教学内容的重组，探索学生职业能力培养模式。

Study on Talents＇ Training Mode of High-end Skills and Scheme

The professional talents’ training scheme is the document of teaching policy and the embodiment of talents’ training mode in higher vocational colleges.In order to establish talents’ training scheme in higher vocational engineering technology major,firstly it should confirm post group and core skills of construction technology and transfer them into teaching knowledge content through the survey of enterprises.Then it should adopt rational teaching method for students.Lastly it should make use of curriculum setting and the reorganization of teaching content for exploring the training mode of students’ occupational ability.
