摘    要:通过小鼠游泳试验,在训练四周后紧接成绩测试的过程中,采取先益气养阴后益气温阳序贯的方法调节机体功能,提高运动能力。并比较序贯法和单纯益气养阴法对小鼠运动应激能力和体能恢复的促进作用。实验结果提示:二种方法均能提高小鼠运动能力。序贯法提高运动应激能力的作用超过益气养阴法,而益气养阴法促进体能恢复的作用优于序贯法。

Abstract:The experiments were carried out in mice to investigate the traditional Chinese medicine method with identifying patterns and determining treatment on regulating exercise capacity during two exercise stages (training stage and testing stage). The animals were divided into three groups: 1 .control group: mice only accepted endurane swimming training for 4 weeks and testing next; 2.boosting Qi and nourishing Yin group: exercise with boosting Qi and nourishing Yin treatment during all the experimental period;3. Combining boosting Qi and nourishing Yin with boosting Qi and warming Yang group:the mice were administered boosting Qi and nourishing Yin for 3 weeks and changing with boosting Qi and warming Yang for next one week. The results show that two methods all can improve exercise capacity of mice. But effect of combining method in improving exercise stress capacity seems to be better than that only with boosting Qi and nourishing Yin method. And the latter in promoting recovery of physical capacity was more advanced than that of the former.
