高职院校“非定制式”学生人才培养模式探究

校企合作模式的精髓是"定制式"(也称双元制)人才培养模式。然而高校在重视定制式班级学生培养的同时,往往忽略了对非定制式班级学生的培养,随之而来的问题也逐渐暴露了出来,如非定制班级的学生厌学情绪明显、班级凝聚力差、技能水平低、就业质量不高等。根据沈阳职业技术学院-中德学院"非定制式"学生人才培养过程中出现的一些问题进行了相关讨论,并为此提出有针对性的解决办法,作为当前高职院校"定制式"人才培养方式的补充。

Research on the "Non-customized" Training Mode of Students in HigherVocational Colleges

The essence of the school-enterprise cooperation mode is"customized"(also known as dual system)talent training mode.However,most of colleges attach importance to the cultivation of students in customized classes,and often ignore the cultivation of students in non-customized classes.The following problems are gradually exposed,such as obvious study weariness,poor class cohesion,low skill level and low employment quality of students in non-customized classes.This paper discusses some problems in the process of"non-customized"student training in Sino-German Institute of Shenyang Polytechnic College,and puts forward some targeted solutions as a supplement to the current"customized"talent training mode in higher vocational colleges.
