开发大学教育教师素质提升研究

开放大学教育作为"完善终身教育体系,建设学习型社会"的一个重要组成部分,在现代社会中起着极其重要的作用。教育教学成功的关键主要取决于教师的素质高低,对于国家开放大学教育亦是如此。通过对国家开放大学特点以及对于教学的要求进行分析,总结开放大学教师队伍中存在的问题,针对存在的问题,提出需要从教学设计能力、信息化能力、资源开发能力、实践能力、科研能力、协调沟通能力等方面全面提升教师素质。

Research on the Promotion of Teacher Quality in Open University Education

The key to the success of education and teaching mainly depends on the quality of teachers,which is also true for national open university education.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the national open university and the requirements for teaching,it summarizes the existing problems in the open university faculty.In view of the problems,it is necessary to comprehensively improve the quality of teachers from the aspects of teaching design ability,information ability,resource development ability,practice ability,scientific research ability,coordination and communication ability.
