高等教育的“人文为魂”与“能力为本”——以汉语言文学专业为例

摘    要:高等教育在人才培养方案中要坚持“人文为魂”与“能力为本”,使人文属性和学生能力培养渗透到教学过程的各个方面、各个层次。首先要确立课堂改革、教学研究和科学研究都以“人文”为核心,培养学生的能力。就课堂改革而言,课程的整合要以“人文”为中心,选择具有人文精神的教学内容;以人文方法论为基础,整合多元教育教学手段和多样有效的教学方法。而立足多元或多样的方法,就是坚持了“人文为魂”。坚持“人文为魂”必然强调“能力本位”。

Abstract:Higher education must insist on taking "humanity as the soul" and "ability as the basis",which make humanity attributes and the training of students' ability infiltrate into all aspects and levels the teaching process.Firstly,we should put humanity on the core position in classroom teaching reforms,teaching research and scientific research,in order to train student's ability.As for class teaching reform,curriculum integration needs humanity as the soul,and chooses teaching contents with humanistic spirits;it needs humanistic methodology as the basis,and integrates multivariate teaching means and effective teaching methods.Based on multivariate or various methods,classroom teaching should insist on "taking humanity as the soul".as the soul And inevitably,"taking humanity as the soul" emphasizes on "ability as the basis".
