高职学生学习积极性探析

摘    要:学习的积极性是学习动机的外在表现。高职学生的学习积极性普遍偏低,原因主要是学习动力小,学习困难多,师生沟通少,感情波澜多,信息反馈滞,班级学风差。调动和提升高职学生的学习积极性,要培养对职业素质与就业的正确认识;优化课程内容与教学模式;创造民主、和谐的师生关系与教学氛围;彰显学生长处,提供成功机会;科学评价学生,积极反馈结果;增强学生的挫折适应力。

Analyzing Learning Initiative of Higher Vocational Students

Abstract:Learning initiative is the external manifestation of learning motives. Higher vocational students' learning initiatives are generally low which is closely relate with some subjective factors. In order to improve their learning initiative, it's necessary to correct the understanding of professional quality and employment and optimize curriculum and teaching model at the same time. Besides, it's important to create a democratic and harmonious atmosphere for teaching and the student-teacher relationship, make known students' advantages so as to provide the chance of success. At last, to enhance students adapt to the setback and scientific evaluation of the students together with positive feedback are also essential.
