| 摘 要： | 动机是推动学习的原动力，是学习过程中一个极其重要的变量。作为大学英语教学的执教者，如何把大学英语的教与学、学与用有机地结合起来，把学生如何学、学什么与教学目标和教学方法结合起来，促进大学生学习英语的动力，维持大学生学习英语的动机，是本文要探讨的主要问题。

| Abstract: | Motivation is the motive power to promote learning, and it is an important variable in learning process. Being college English teachers, we should combine teaching with learning, learning with practicing. How to learn, what to learn, how to integrate students' learning with teaching objective and teaching methods, how to promote students' learning motivation and how to maintain their motivation, these are problems discussed in this thesis. |
