| 摘 要： | 依据＂优势互补,资源共享＂的大学城建设理念,采用专家访谈法、问卷调查法探讨提出福州大学城高校体育教师实施校际共享的内容,分别是体育选修课、运动队教练、专题讲座、体育社团指导员、网络平台互动;提出短期聘任、临时聘任、双职聘任等校际共享的方式;提出成立大学体育联盟、签订《共享公约》、搭建共享网络平台、实行联合学分制等校际共享的前提保障。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the development idea of complementing each other and resource sharing in university town,through interview and survey we analyze the content of the inter-college sharing P.E.teachers in Fuzhou university town,which consists of selective course,coach,symposium,sport instructor,network platform and so on.Moreover,we not only adopt some ways of engagement,such as short period,temporary and double duty,but also adopt building university sports league,constructing network platform and setting up united credit system. |
