江苏省中小学体育教师职业压力源研究与分析

运用自编中小学体育教师职业压力源问卷,对173名中小学体育教师进行调查.研究表明,88.4%的中小学体育教师对自己的职业感到有压力;中小学体育教师职业压力源主要源于工资待遇、工作外部环境、职业发展要求、学校组织气氛和社会因素等五个方面;中小学体育教师在性别、学历和职称三个方面职业压力存在显著差异,但在地区分布和年龄上差异不显著.

Occupational stressors of primary and secondary school PE teachers of Jiangshu

By adapting the self-complied of the Stressor of Middle and Primary School PE Questionnaire,this research investigated 173 middle and primary PE teachers.The result shows that there are 88.4 percent of the middle and primary PE teachers are facing a rather high pressure.The main occupational stressors for the middle and primary PE teachers come from five aspects:salary,working environment,career development,organizational structure and social factor respecting.there are great differences about sex,diploma and professional title,but there is little difference about age and region.
