试探构建高职人才"素质和谐"的内涵

“和谐”不是没有矛盾,而是矛盾双方的“协合”或“和解”,并以尊重矛盾的差异性、独立性及多样性为前提。和谐又是中华民族传统文化精神的精髓,在儒家和道家的学说中也体现这种思想。儒家讲究人际关系的和谐,道家讲求自然关系的和谐。而我们党根据我国社会发展的实际创造性地提出“构建社会主义和谐社会”执政理念,引起学术界广泛的探讨,本文主要就构建“和谐社会”所需数以亿计的高素质的劳动者的“素质和谐”发展进行探讨。

Study on the Connotation of the Vocational Talents' Harmonious Quality Construnction

Opposit to what people usually assume,harmony is usually involved with contradiction.It is the result of "the consistency" or "the reconciliation" of two contradictory sides and has to be based on the respects of the contradictory difference,independence and multiplicity.Harmony is also the essence of Chinese traditional culture as is manifested in the Confucianism and Taoism.The Confucianists believe in the harmony of interpersonal relationship and the Taoists emphasize on the harmony of nature relations.While our party creatively proposed the ruling idea of "constructing the harmonious socialism society" according to the actual development situation in our country,which causes widespread discussion in the academic domain.This article will mainly discuss about the development of billions of high qualified workers' harmonious quality which is needed during "constructing the harmonious socialism society".
