重庆公共文化服务的“多元化”取向

随着国家文化发展战略和公共文化服务的提出和深化，重庆市政府高度重视公共文化服务体系建设，在实践中创造出多种有效举措，推动了重庆公共文化服务体系的建设。重庆市农村公共文化服务的实践表明，要突破传统公共物品供给“城乡分割”体制障碍，应在统筹城乡的基础上采取一体化和多元化相结合的路径，实现公共文化服务供给主体、投入主体和服务机制的创新，实现政府引导、农民参与、市场运作之间的良性互动。

On Orientation of "Diversification" in Chongqing's Public Cultural Service

Along with the emergence and development of national strategies of culture development and the notion of public cultural service,Chongqing municipal government attaches great importance to the construction of public cultural service system.In this practice,the government creates various effective measures to promote the construction of public cultural service system.The success of rural public cultural service in Chongqing proves that strategies of "integration" and "diversification" should both be adopted to balance the difference between rural areas and urban areas in distributing public products,so that innovation can be realized in supply body,investment body and service mechanism and an efficient system can be established in which the government functions as leaders,famers as participants and markets as mechanism.
