云南16市(州)旅游产业效率测度研究

基于数据包络分析方法(DEA),对云南省各市(州)的旅游产业效率进行评价分析,并对其区域差异进行重点研究。利用旅游接待总人数单产出指标,床位数和餐位数、旅行社、3A级以上景区和载客汽车数量等四个投入指标构建评价体系,衡量各市(州)的旅游产业效率。研究结果表明:全云南省仅有昭通、楚雄、怒江和迪庆这四个市(州)的旅游产业效率有效,其他市(州)皆处于无效状态;普洱、临沧、文山和德宏4个市(州)达到了规模报酬递增的状态;曲靖、玉溪、保山和德宏四个市(州)的现代信息应用技术和管理体制水平偏低;曲靖、玉溪、保山、普洱、文山等五个市(州)出现了投入冗余。据此研究结果,分析了云南省各市(州)旅游产业效率无效的可能原因,为提升云南省各市(州)旅游产业效率提供了参考思路。

Measurement of Tourism Industry Efficiency in 16 Cities (States) of Yunnan Province

Based on the DEA method,the efficiency of tourism industry in various cities(states)in Yunnan Province is evaluated and analyzed,and its regional differences is focused on.By using the single-output index of the total number of tourist receptions,the evaluation system is constructed with four input indicators of tourism reception,such as the bed number and number of places,the travel agencies,scenic spots above 3A level and number of passenger cars to measure the efficiency of the tourism industry in each city(state).Research indicates that the province's tourism industry is effectively efficient in the four cities(states)of Zhaotong,Chuxiong,Nujiang and Diqing,other cities(states)are inactive.Pu'er,Linyi,Wenshan and Dehong have reached the state of increasing returns to scale.The level of the modern information application technology and the management system in Qujing,Yuxi,Baoshan and Dehong are lower.Qujing,Yuxi,Baoshan,Pu'er,Wenshan and other five cities(states)have invested redundantly.It reveals the possible reasons for the inefficiency of tourism industry in each city(state),and provides ideas for improving the efficiency of tourism industry in various cities(states)in Yunnan.
