| 摘 要： | 公共信息服务是国家规划下的社会化服务,在信息化建设和国家创新发展中,具有重要的战略地位.本文从公共信息服务的多元化发展出发,探讨了公共信息服务的发展基础以及信息工作系统向公共信息服务系统的演化过程,分析了图书情报机构的公共服务和信息资源网络的公共服务的组织问题.
