| 摘 要： | 美国现代化是先发型的现代化,内外因素混合,多元文化交融。南北战争恰好处于美国现代化的中间阶段和关键时刻,它维护了国家统一;战争期间及战后通过的有关法律和设立的有关机构和制度促进了美国现代化的飞速发展。

| Abstract: | American modernization is early realized. During its development, inner and outer factors were combined together, and many cultures blended into each other. American Civil War occurred exactly at the midway and the key point of the modernization, which saved the unification of the nation. The laws passed and the institution and system established during and after the war promoted the fast development of American modernization. |
