国内非营利组织公信力评估体系的综述研究

由于存在市场失灵等因素,非营利组织应运而生,并逐渐在社会、政治、经济中发挥着不可替代的作用。但是随着一系列的财务丑闻的出现使非营利组织的公信力问题再次成为社会和学界关注的焦点。针对这一问题,建立有效的非营利组织评估体系已经是刻不容缓的事。通过对非营利组织公信力评估的主体、指标、内容这几面的国内相关文献综述研究发现,完善的评估体系对改善非营利组织治理机构、提高组织绩效、维护行业公信力有很好的效果,这对我国非营利组织公信力评估体系建构有一定借鉴意义。

The Literature Review on Credibility Evaluation of Domestic Nonprofit Organization System

Due to the failure of market and government,nonprofit organization（NPO）arises at the historic moment,and plays an irreplaceable role gradually in the society,politics,and economy. However,the emergence of a series of accounting scandals makes NPO the focus of society and the educational field again ,especially in credibility. In order to solve this problem,establishing an effective evaluation system of NPO is very important. After reading same essay,the writer believes the effective evaluation system will exert positive influence in improving function,performance and credibility of NPO. So it can be applied in building the evaluation system of NPO in some way.
