时序知觉的认知与神经机制

时序知觉是个体对直接作用于感觉器官的客观事件顺序性的知觉。当前关于时序知觉的认知机制有两种观点,中枢计时机制认为存在一个共同的中枢加工器对不同刺激所包含的时序信息进行加工,主要包括一般阈限模型和两阶段模型;而特定特征机制则认为时序知觉取决于具体的感觉通道和刺激属性。时序知觉涉及颞-顶区、额叶、基底神经节和小脑等脑区,这也为时序知觉的中枢计时机制提供了一定的支持。时序知觉的认知机制与神经基础还有不少重要问题有待进一步探究。

The Cognitive and Neural Mechanisms of Temporal Order Perception

Temporal order perception is the successive perception of sensory events.There are mainly two cognitive mechanisms for temporal order perception,involving central-timing mechanism and feature-specific mechanism.The central-timing mechanism proposes that there is a common central processor which can process the temporal order of different types of stimuli.The hypothesis is supported by general threshold model and two-stage model;But the feature-specific mechanism suggests that temporal order perception is influenced by specific modalities and features of stimuli.The brain areas activated in temporal order perception,such as temporal-parietal,frontal lobe,basal ganglia and cerebellum,also provide evidences for supporting central-timing mechanism.Many important problems about cognitive and neutral mechanisms of temporal order perception need to be researched further.
