| 摘 要： | 当前外部融资困境已经严重限制了中小企业的进一步发展，这其中既有中小企业自身弱点的原因，也有政府扶持力度不够和我国金融市场尚不完善的原因。应从中小企业融资能力的自身培育、明确政府扶持责任、金融改革、健全资本市场体系等方面着手，改善中小企业外部融资困境。

| Abstract: | Nowadays the plight of external financing has seriously restricted the development of the medium and small-sized enterprises, due to either their own weakness, or the inadequateness of the governmental support and the faultiness of the money market. In order to change this situation, we should improve the financing ability of medium and small-sized enterprises, define the duty of government, reform the finance systems, and improve the systems of the capital market. |
