| 摘 要： | 提升技工院校高技能人才培养能力首先必须提高教师的综合素质。本文分别从师资引进、师资提高和留住人才三个方面进行了论述,而要解决这三个方面的问题就需要学校的管理者提供必要的空间和环境,这样教师队伍的综合素质才会得以提高。
