浅谈高等院校学生教育管理的几个特殊时期

对于高等教育来说,学生教育管理是一项重要、系统而又复杂的工程。近些年来,随着大众化教育进程的不断推进,各类高校逐年扩招,高校学生的来源和层次更加复杂多样,这也使得高校的学生管理工作更具复杂性和挑战性。笔者多年从事辅导员和班主任工作,本文结合自身工作实际旨在通过全面了解和把握高校学生在特殊时期表现出来的不同行为和心理特征,紧紧抓住新生入学后、毕业生离校前、每学期开学之初三个特殊时期探讨高校学生教育管理的方式和方法。

On the Special Stages in the Educational Management in Colleges

For higher education,student education and management is an important,systematic and complex project.In recent years,with the popular education process can move forward,all kinds of college enrollment year,the sources and levels of college students more diverse and complex,which also make the management of university students in more complex and challenging.Counselor and teacher for many years in my work,this paper aims to own actual work full understanding and grasp of college students at specific times shown different behaviors and psychological characteristics,focusing on new students,graduates leave school prior to each semester at the beginning period of three college students in particular ways and means of education management.
