Along with the social development and progress, the leisure times quietly to come. Through making elaboration on dialectical relations between sports and leisure, this paper pointes out that the game is a contemporary sports leisure recreational activity catalyst. The leisure is a power which the sports grow strong. The leisure will be an inevitable trend of sports development, this tendency pushes the mass sports to the leisure, also possibly causes competitive sports to move towards the leisure, and the leisure will finally become a survival optimum condition of the human.
