乒乓球运动技术和徒手表象训练

摘    要:本文从人体解剖学,骨骼力学角度,专家观点和实践所得剖析乒乓球运动技术的微观结构。认为在40mm~11分制下,运动员应建立精确步法,以腰为轴心,带动全身各关节肌肉协调用力,充分利用人体、球拍杠杆力在最佳击球点击球的最佳化技术。从运动生理学,运动心理角度讨论依据内表象进行徒手表象训练,提高实球训练质量,提升意识与认知水平,建立动力定型、动觉反馈机制及此训练方法的负荷强度对技术形成所起的作用。相关数据统计结果显示,技术水平越高的运动员,表象训练水平越高,采用徒手表象训练的运动员中56%认为此训练方法有助于提高技术精确度。

Abstract:This paper analyzes from the micro-structure of the techniques of table tennis from theperspective of anthropotomy and biomechanics, the experts view points and the experiences drawnfrom practice. The author thinks that, under the 40mm-11ponit system, the players have to acquire theoptimized techniques for hitting the ball at the best striking point on the basis of accurate foot-working,with the waist to be the axes to drive all joints and muscles of the body to work coordinately, andutilizing effectively the leverage between the human body and the racket. It is discussed from the angleof sports physiology and the sports psychology to carry out empty-handed imagery training upon theinternal imagery to promote the consciousness and cognition, improve the real practicing quality, andestablish the system of dynamic stereotype and the kinetic feedback, and the effect it has to acquirethe techniques due to the intensity of training load of this raining method. The relevant data statisticsshow that the higher level of techniques the players command, the more advanced their imagerytraining is. 56% of the players adopting the empty-handed imagery training think it helpful to promote theaccuracy of their techniques.
