| 摘 要： | 发展社会主义政治文明表明了党对中国特色社会主义民主政治建设规律认识的深化，是社会主义民主政治建设目标的集中体现，是对社会主义民主理论的科学而集中的概括。发展社会主义政治文明就是要建设为绝大多数人享有的社会主义民主政治，就是要进一步实现人民当家作主。发展社会主义政治文明，必须毫不动摇地坚持党的领导，必须建立健全社会主义法制、推进依法治国。

| Abstract: | The development of socialist political civilization shows the deeper understanding of our Party to the constructive disciplines of socialist democratic politics, embodies the aims of socialist democratic politics, and generalizes the socialist democratic theory. Such development means to build people＇ s democratic politics and make people become real masters of the society. In the course of this development, people should adhere to Party＇ s leadership, constitute socialist legal system and manage state affairs according to the law. |
