| 摘 要： | 新农村农民体育健身工程实效性建设是保证新时期农村体育事业快速发展必不可少的因素,是构建全民健身服务体系的重要组成部分.以新农村农民体育健身工程建设发展为背景,在探讨新农村农民体育健身工程实效性建设现状的基础上,总结研究了新农村农民体育健身工程实效性建设的社会价值,为新农村农民体育健身工程的建设及发展提供理论与实践参考.
