全程、分步、定点教育实习新模式的构建与实践

摘    要:我国传统的教育实习存在着较为严重的缺点,如思想重视不够,缺乏理想的教育实习模式,实习生缺乏教学技能训练,教育实习时间偏少,缺乏相对稳定的教育实习基地等,不能适应新世纪培养高质量师资的要求,在借鉴国外教育实习分为分散实习和集中实习,实习时间较长等优点,设计构建了“全程,分步,定点教育实习新模式”,该模式增加了教育实习的时间,体现了实习的连续性和阶段性;突出了实习生的主体性和能力培养的导向性,加之教育实习基地的协作共建和考评制度的建立,显示出巨大优势,增强了师范生的创新能力和教学实践能力,使教育实习朝着规范化和稳定化的方向发展。

Abstract:In china, there are serious shortcomings about traditional educational training ,such as lack of attention, lack of ideal educational model, training skill, time, permanent base and so on . All these can not meet the need of high-quality teachers training in the new century,using the disperse , concentrated, long-times merit of other countries for reference, We set up the constitution and practice of new style of full-course,step by step , fixed educational training (the model of QFD) the model reflects continuity and phase, emphasizes the subject of students and training abilities direction. With the cooperation of base and the setting up of a evaluation system , the model shows great advantage. In the course of practice , the model enhances students creativity and abilities of teaching ,thus standardizing and regulating the educational training .
