| 摘 要： | 中部崛起,关键靠人才。当前,人才流失、引进难度大已成为制约中部高校发展的瓶颈。随着新一轮海归潮的来临,中部高校必须解放思想,采取超常规的举措,建立一套科学、完善的引进人才政策体系和考评机制,增强服务意识,努力确保海外人才引得来、用得好、留得住,发挥最大效益。
