| 摘 要： | 不同于Penrose的企业成长理论,新创企业成长是基于对企业生命周期最前端的关注,探讨组织规范缺失情境下的成长问题。新创企业成长过程的结束意味着一般性企业成长的开始,但迄今人们对新创企业成长过程的阶段性与机理性特征并没有一致性认识。基于单一案例所进行的民族志式的研究,结合多重案例的理论检验显示：第一,与有稳定经营历史的既有企业传统商业模式架构不同,新创企业的商业模式往往具有简约化的结构,包含市场定位、经营过程和利润模式三个要素;第二,新创企业商业模式确立与新创企业成长是一个共生演化的过程,商业模式为新创企业成长过程的阶段划分及其机理探索提供了依据。
