| 摘 要： | 文章认为,现代文化是指人们适应现代化本质要求的文化,就是实现文化的现代转型并建设现代价值、形成现代认同、张扬现代精神并进而建设共同信仰的文化。现代文化的主要内核与社会主义核心价值体系和社会主义价值观体系存在着一致性和耦合性。现代社会的现代价值、现代认同、现代精神和文化的现代转型是现代文化及其建设的核心内容和主要任务。现代价值是现代文化的基础,现代认同是现代文化的支撑,现代精神是现代文化的动力,文化现代转型是现代文化建设的途径,建设现代文化的目标就是建设信仰共同体。现代文化的这四个要素相互依存,相互补充,相互作用,紧密联系,现代文化是先进文化发展过程中的一个环节。文章还提出了新疆"疆魂"的概念以及实现文化现代转型的途径。
