| 摘 要： | 根据高技术产业集群中新企业衍生基础和方向的不同,将高技术产业集群分为卫星平台式、中卫式、大企业式、链务式以及空间虚拟式五种模式.根据模式的定义着重解释每种模式的组织结构,从集群运行方式、集群内产业价值链特征、企业类型、企业衍生方式、企业间的分工协作以及区域市场结构等方面分析了各种模式的特点.通过比较研究得出所有的集群模式都包含创新层、核心层和辐射区三个层次,而我国在发展高技术产业集群中应大力发展主导企业、注重企业家的培养、发展现代服务业、官产学研相结合.

| Abstract: | This paper maintains that based on the foundation and direction of enterprise derivation, high-tech industries can be divided into five modes: Satellites-platform mode, Satellites-center mode, Satellites-centers mode, Chain mode and Virtual Spaces mode.
