| 摘 要： | 运用传统四阶段DEA方法和SBM模型相结合的修正四阶段DEA方法,在考虑松弛量对效率测度影响的同时,控制了外生环境变量影响,采用我国3440家制造企业的数据,对26个省和直辖市的制造企业的信息技术投资效率进行了测算。结果发现,由于受环境影响程度的差异,剔除环境变量影响后的我国东中西三大区域制造企业信息技术投资效率变化各不相同。同时,调整后三大区域内各省和直辖市制造企业信息技术投资效率也呈现出不同特点。针对我国制造企业信息技术投资的特征,利用层次聚类分析,进行了制造业信息化区域划分并为我国制造业信息化的推进提出了建议。
