| 摘 要： | 主要运用文献综述和逻辑分析法解读奥林匹克运动的教育理念,对奥林匹克精神与青少年心理健康教育问题进行探讨.作者认为奥林匹克精神蕴涵着丰富的青少年心理健康教育内容, 奥林匹克运动鼓励青少年实现自我、超越自我,鼓励青少年追求真善美.作者还提出了在青少年心理健康教育中以多种途径渗透奥林匹克精神的建议.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author explains the educational concept of Olympic Movement and probes into the relationship between Olympic spirit and mental health education for youth by the method of literature review and logical analysis. The author holds that Olympic spirit contains substantial content of mental health education for youth,in that Olympic Movement encourages self-realization among youth and in pursuit of truth,goodness and beauty. At last the author put forward a suggestion to infiltrate Olympic spirit in mental health education for youth by all kinds of ways. |
