| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、调查访谈、逻辑分析等方法,对大学生体育健康认识、态度和体育锻炼习惯进行研究,分析大学生体育健康意识与行为方式特征和影响因素。结合教学实际,积极探索开发培养大学生体育健康意识和健康行为方式的途径与方法。促进高校体育教学深入贯彻落实＂健康第一＂、＂以人为本＂的教学理念。
