| 摘 要： | 明确了建筑市场执业资格人员信用现状,指出执业资格人员信用评价应该包括执业信用和个人信用两个方面,结合建筑市场特点,提出了衡量执业资格人员信用的22个评价指标,运用物元分析方法,对建筑市场执业资格人员信用进行了实证分析。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the credit status of practicing qualification personnel in construction market and es-tablishes an evaluation index system consisting of two classification criteria of licensed credit and individual credit. And then, considering the characters of construction market, it puts forward 22 evaluation indexes. Based on eval-uation index system, a matter-analysis theory is applied to analyze the eonstmction market participator with prac-ticing qualification, and also a practical example is given. |
