江西财政性教育经费投入与生产总值和财政支出的相关性分析

教育经费投入是教育事业发展最基本的保障条件之一,教育投入的充足与否,将直接制约教育事业发展目标的实现。中央明确规定,2012年财政性教育经费支出占国内生产总值比例达到4%,并稳定增长。本报告从江西财政性教育支出与生产总值和财政支出的相关性分析出发,对扩大江西财政性教育投入总量,对提高江西教育投入占GDP的比重提供一定的决策参考。

Correlative Analysis of Jiangxi Education Budget Investment and GDP & Financial Expenditure

Investment in education funding is one of the most basic protections for the development of education.The adequacy of education input will directly restrict the realization of the target of education development.The central government has expressly formulates that the rate of financial education expenditure will amount to 4% and grows steadily.This report is based on the correlative analysis of Jiangxi financial education input and the GDP & financial expenditure,which will enlarge the total investment of Jiangxi financial education and provides some reference to the decision-making to improve the proportion GDP of investment in education.
