| 摘 要： | 在中国的传统教育思想中，墨子的教育思想独树一帜，对当前探索高职教育发展的新思路有着一定的指导作用。通过对墨子教育思想的研究，结合高职教育发展的现状，可以培育与弘扬经世致用的文化精神，积极探索“中高职三二分段”人才培养模式，塑造“能工巧匠”型专业教师队伍，大力提升学生的职业素养，从而推进高职教育改革与发展。

| Abstract: | Among Chinese traditional education ideologies, Mo-tse＇s stands on its own uniqueness. The theories have certain guidance for current development of higher vocational education innovation. Through the study of Mo-tse＇s education thoughts, we should bring up talents with practical application with cultural spirit; practice ＂Three and Two Year High school Plus Higher Vocational Education＂. We should also bring up teachers with all-around competence and cultivate students professional qualification to promote the development of higher vocational education and reform. |
