| 摘 要： | 为改变我国法学教育与法律职业严重脱节的现状,我国设立法律硕士教育专业学位。本论文以法律硕士教育为中心,从法律硕士的产生、特点、存在的问题及理论学习与司法实践的结合四个方面探讨了法学教育改革中存在的问题及解决建议。
