| 摘 要： | 随着社会分工的不断细化,高校辅导员职业逐渐呈现出专业化的发展趋势。它要求辅导员从事务性工作中提升出来,成长为学生思想政治教育与管理工作的理论研究者和方法论探索者。这符合新形势下高校学生思想政治教育与管理工作发展的新要求。本文客观分析了我国高校辅导员专业化发展的背景与现状,总结了其中还存在的一些问题,并在此基础上从教育政策、高校资源以及辅导员自身三个层面有针对性地提出了问题突破的对策。
