高校免税进口仪器设备开放共享的路径研究与实践

面对免税进口贵重仪器设备潜能未完全激发、运行管理重视不够、异地监管沟通不畅以及海关监管要求与共享需求冲突等问题,该文基于华侨大学免税进口仪器设备多年的管理实践,从理论和实践层面探索推进免税进口贵重仪器设备开放共享的有效路径,以充分提高仪器设备使用效益。

Research and practice on opening and sharing of tax-exemption import of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities

In the face of the problems that the potential of tax-exemption import of valuable instruments and equipment is not fully aroused, the operation management is not paid enough attention, the communication between different places is not smooth and the requirements of customs supervision and sharing conflict with each other, etc., this paper explores upon an effective way to promote the opening and sharing of tax-exemption import of valuable instruments and equipment from the theoretical and practical level so as to fully improve the utilization efficiency of instruments and equipment based on the management practice of tax-exemption import of instruments and equipment in Huaqiao University for many years.
