试论教学训练中警务战术教师“三种魅力”对学生学习积极性的影响

警务战术作为公安院校全体学生的一门必修课,其重要性是不言而喻的。研究认为：作为教学训练诸要素中具有主导地位的警务战术老师,具有理论与实战融合的魅力,文化魅力和人格魅力,对学生的学习训练有着示范力、感召力和亲和力。警务战术教师需要通过爱岗敬业、恪尽职守;内修涵养、外塑形象;专业理论与实战相结合,提高解决实际问题的能力;研究教育教学训练理论,提高教育教学训练素养等来提升自身魅力与教学训练效果。

On the Three Qualities of Police Tactics Teachers on Students' Learning Initiative in the Course

As a compulsory course in ponce coneges, mc s~gmucau~ ~,, v arguing that the teacher, who plays a dominant role during the teaching and training in the course of police tactics, has three important qualities： integration ability of theory and practice, cultural influence and personal charisma. These three qualities are truly displayed in the teachers＇ teaching and direction, strongly influencing the learning and training mmatlve of the students. Therefore, the police tactics teachers should enhance these three qualities through a series of learning and practice to stimulate the learning initiative of the students in the course.
