长期运动训练对速滑运动员体成分的影响

摘    要:为探讨长期运动训练对速滑运动员身体成分的影响,采用美国产身体成分分析仪310e对吉林省8名男子速滑运动员的瘦体重、体重指数(BMI)、体脂百分率、身体水分、身体水分占瘦体重的百分比等几项生理指标进行测试。结果表明,长期速滑训练能有效减少体脂,瘦体重相对增大;BMI指数接近于正常人的标准;身体水分占瘦体重的百分比偏低,有轻微的脱水现象。

Abstract:To explore the effects of longtime professional training on body composition indexes of speed skaters,this study tested the body composition indexes of 8 male speed skaters in Jilin province, such as lean body weight, body mass index (BMI),percentage age of body fat,total body water and percentage of total body weter with lean body weight so on, by using the equipment of Bodly Composition Analyzer.The results showd that the longtime training of speed skating could effectively decrease the percentage of body fat and increase lean body weight, body mass index was close to the level of ordinary person and the percentage of the total body water with lean body weight was lower than ordinary person,indicating the body dehydrates lightly.
