| 摘 要： | 当前阶段的企业生产过程管理中，如何提高订单执行力的研究仍然是一个空白。针对订单执行力方面，提出了一种高效执行生产计划的方法，并在本方法的基础上，引进先进管理工具思想，从而建立起一套在供需链（Sup—plyChain）管理模式下的高效订单执行体系。

| Abstract: | The research on the ways to improve the order execution during the production process in the current stage is still a blank.Therefore,a kind of efficient production planning implementation method is put forward for the execution.Based on the method,the advanced management tools idea is introduced as well,and thereby to establish a set of efficient order execution system under the supply chain management mode. |
