| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习在高职院校的课程体系中占据着不可替代的地位。但由于对口行业的自身特点，很多高职院校财经类专业的顶岗实习在安排及实施过程中存在分散性、不稳定性等诸多问题。要解决这些问题，可以借鉴国外先进的实践教学理念，从顶岗实习管理制度、配套课程以及顶岗实习师资建设等内容入手，构建较为完善的财经类专业顶岗实习模式。

| Abstract: | Intemship plays an irreplaceable role in the curriculum of higher vocational colleges. Due to the features of related industries, there are many problems in terms of arrangement and implement of internship in the finance and economics specialties in higher vocational colleges; such as depressiveness, instability and other problems. To solve these problems, we could take references from foreign advanced internship practice. We should start from their internship management system, supporting courses and teaching staff cultivation in order to build up the relatively perfect internship mode for finance and economics specialties. |
