| 摘 要： | 对道路桥梁工程技术专业进行了人才培养方案教学改革,建立了以就业和市场为导向、以行业需要为依据、以具有道路、桥梁工程施工技术应用能力为主线的课程和教学内容体系,探索了新的人才培养模式,完善了与人才培养模式配套的师资队伍、实验实训室、专业科研等方面的建设,并形成了较明显的专业教育特色。成果应用表明此教学改革效果良好。
