近年来高校德育工作取得了一些成绩,但是从总体上看,德育的成效却不尽人意,主要表现在德育目标、德育内容、德育方法和德育评价机制等方面存在不足。这些问题的存在是由德育观念落后、德育内容与现实脱节、德育工作队伍素质不高和外部环境对学生的影响等因素造成的。为此,当前必须在社会主义核心价值体系的引领下,推进德育目标、德育内容、德育方法和德育评价机制的创新,从而提高高校德育水平。
