摘    要:在阐述内部营销概念的基础上,提出了实施内部营销策略与构建图书馆核心竞争力是辩证统一的关系,并从培育优良的图书馆文化、构建学习型组织、建立双向信息沟通渠道、推行全员营销等方面对内部营销在图书馆管理中的应用进行了探讨,以充分发挥内部营销策略在构建图书馆核心竞争力中的作用。

Abstract:On the basis of explaining the concept of internal marketing,this paper proposes the idea that the dialectical unity exists between the implementation of internal marketing strategies and the construction of the core competitiveness of library.From setting up the library culture,constructing the learning organization,establishing the bidirectional communication channel and implementing full marketing,it probes into the application of internal marketing in library management,in order to give full scope to internal marketing in the construction of the core competitiveness of library.
