| 摘 要： | 体育社团的发展是市场经济体制改革的必然结果,他的发展符合现代体育运动自身发展规律,是我国体育体制改革的必然要求,也是实施我国全民健身计划的主要途径.加强经费管理、注重人才培养是体育社团在发展中应特别注意的两个问题.

It is also an inevitable request from the athletics system reform in our country and is a main path that the physical training plan in our country is carried out by all the people. Enhancing the budget management and training talented person of athletics association in development is of special concerns. |
